You could just follow a hummingbird; but if you’re driving, here’s the simplest ways to get to the Henderson Hummingbird Hurrah! NOTE: 2024 & 2025 ROAD CONSTRUCTION ON HWY 93 AND COUNTY RD 6!! ONLY ENTRANCE TO HENDERSON IS ON HWY 19 FROM THE WEST AND EAST!!! Hwy 93 will be closed until late 2026. County Rd 6 is scheduled to be open sometime in 2025.
From the North (Twin Cities, Shakopee, Jordan…)
- Head southwest on US-169 S.
- Exit onto MN-19 ramp.
- Turn right (west) onto MN-19 and continue approximately 4 miles into Henderson.
From the South (Mankato, St. Peter, Le Sueur…)
- Head north on US-169.
- Exit onto MN-19 ramp.
- Turn right (west) onto MN-19 and continue approximately 4 miles into Henderson.
From the East (New Prague…)
- Head west on MN-19 toward Henderson. 19 goes directly through Henderson. Watch for 4th St, turn right.
